Participation fee
All rates are expressed in Euros for convenience of conversion but the currency to be taken into consideration is the Rwandan Franc, unless otherwise specified. Participation fees are based on hotel rates, taxes, transportation costs and various services in force on the date indicated on the travel itinerary.
Payment must be made 70 days before departure in a single payment. The feasibility of the payment installment may be requested, at the discretion of T&T Travel Ltd in granting the amount.
Note: For all-inclusive services, the airfare, together with airport taxes, is subject to time limits imposed by the airlines, some special fares are often subject to very restrictive time limits. We can guarantee the flight fare included in the package upon request for ticketing. In this case, full payment of the flight ticket will be required immediately. Some destinations are subject to particular payment and cancellation conditions different from those reported in this technical sheet and will be communicated from time to time at the time of booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the following bank account: [Bank Account Details].
Cancellation penalties for single trips:
The customer who withdraws from the contract before departure will incur the following cancellation penalties:
• 30% of the amount paid up to 60 calendar days before departure;
• 60% of the participation fee from 59 to 35 calendar days before departure
• 75% of the participation fee from 34 to 20 calendar days before departure
• 90% of the participation fee from 19 to 10 calendar days before departure
• 100% beyond these deadlines
An exception is made for any penalties with scheduled flights/banking and insurance tourist services for which the penalty will be applied according to the conditions of the contract with each individual supplier even if not expressly indicated at the time of booking. No refund will be granted beyond these deadlines to customers who do not show up for departure or who decide to interrupt the trip or stay already undertaken. The sums indicated above must also be paid by those who are unable to make the trip due to the lack or irregularity of the requested personal travel documents. The sanctions are calculated net of registration, banking and insurance costs, which are still considered due. In the event of cancellation, T&T Travel Ltd will request the cancellation of the services from the various suppliers and will issue a new invoice showing the different penalties for the individual services. Adjustment of prices Any changes in transport costs (including fuel costs, airport and port taxes), insurance coverage, taxes and commissions, as well as in the exchange rate applied will result in a revision of prices up to 20 days before departure actions. The currency adjustment is made only for that part of the services that T&T Travel Ltd pays for in a currency other than the Rwandan franc. Any percentage variations in the exchange rate between the values reported in the travel program, of the respective currencies, for the respective travel destinations, and the value of the twentieth day prior to the departure date published on the official exchange sites, will affect the base exchange rate participation in the chosen trip.
